1. Information We Collect

When you register as a partner or use our services, we may collect:

• Account details — name, email address, mobile number, profile photo and Partner ID.
• Transaction details — wallet top-ups, service payments and order history (payment card/bank details are handled by our payment gateway and never stored on our servers).
• Service application data — details you submit while applying for services such as Aadhaar, PAN or Ration Card, only to the extent required to deliver that service.
• Technical data — browser, device and usage information used to keep your account secure and improve the portal.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your partner account and dashboard.
• To process payments, wallet credits and service orders.
• To deliver services you apply for and share status updates.
• To send transactional messages (order confirmations, password resets, support replies).
• To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access.
• To comply with legal obligations under Indian law.

3. Payments

All payments are processed by Razorpay Payment Gateway over secure, encrypted connections. Mohini CSC Centre does not store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Wallet balances shown in your dashboard are maintained internally for use within our services.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your account data is stored on Google Firebase (encrypted in transit and at rest). We use access controls, server-side payment verification and session checks to protect it. While no system is 100% secure, we regularly review our practices to guard against unauthorised access.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data is shared only with:

• Service providers strictly needed to deliver your order (payment gateway, messaging/email services, hosting).
• Government authorities when required by law or to complete a government service you applied for.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you logged in, remember preferences and secure your session. You can clear them from your browser settings; doing so will sign you out of the dashboard.

7. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your account at any time by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address. We respond within a reasonable period.

8. Children

Our services are offered to adults and business partners. The portal is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
