1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing mohinicsc.com, creating a partner account or using any service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.

2. Partner Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One person or business may maintain only legitimate accounts; fraudulent, duplicate or abusive accounts may be suspended.
• A Partner ID, once issued, is tied to your account and is not transferable.

3. Services & Pricing

• Mohini CSC Centre facilitates digital and e-governance services (Aadhaar, PAN, Ration Card, certificates, bill payments and similar).
• Prices for each service are displayed in the partner dashboard at the time of order. Regular price and Partner price may differ.
• Government fees, if any, are included as shown; prices may change without prior notice, but an order already placed is charged at the price shown when it was placed.
• Delivery timelines for government-linked services depend on the concerned department and are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Payments & Wallet

• All payments are processed through Razorpay. You agree to its payment terms during checkout.
• Wallet top-ups are credit for use within portal services; withdrawal of wallet balance is subject to our internal policy and applicable law.
• Every successful payment is verified server-side with Razorpay before any credit or service is issued.
• In case of a payment deduction without credit, contact support with your payment ID — it will be reconciled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the portal. Prohibited activities include impersonation, submission of fake documents, illegal or fraudulent service requests, attempting to breach security, scraping the site, or reselling services in violation of government norms. Violations may lead to account termination and legal action.

6. Third-Party Content & Links

The portal may link to government portals, YouTube, WhatsApp or other third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mohini CSC Centre is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service delays or rejections by government departments, network failures, or misuse of your account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or that pose a security or fraud risk. You may close your account by contacting support.

9. Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts of the operator's jurisdiction having exclusive venue. For questions:
